Delivering an aspirational & inspirational provision
Schools Deserve Better
We started from one belief: That teachers and schools deserved better. Teachers pouring their hearts and souls into their vocation deserved to be supported and paid properly. Schools need a hassle-free value for money affordable service to deliver an aspirational and inspirational music and drama provision.
We do not just send you a teacher, we work in collaboration providing ongoing support services to secure the best match for your vacancies.
That why 91% of our teachers interviewed are hired and 92% say longer than 2 years.
What we offer our schools
The Eureka Moment
Looking at the recruitment industry we quickly realised large agencies don’t value their teachers and and capitalize from their clients. We are proud to be game-changers.
We have continued to thrive and develop due to reputation and recommendation, working with the same schools and teachers since day one.
We constantly talk to our teachers building up a network of over 1000 music and drama specialists so we can quickly find the right teacher for you.
We are committed to providing a quality teacher and service to engage pupils, enhancing motivation and confidence to promote learning and life skills that can transfer across the entire curriculum enhancing attainment.
Why are we different?
Our clients feedback told us that they loath percentage fees. They don’t allow for accurate budgeting and encourage recruitment companies to push up salaries. A textbook charge from a supply agency of 20% commission could easily cost over £8000 for just one placement
We not only listened, we made the change and that’s why we offer flat-fee recruitment which is based on the number of days per week the role requires.
This is great news for our clients, as part-time roles can cost less than an add with TES “Saving thousands of pounds” and we take away the time and hassle of direct recruitment.
