I would like to invite you to participate in the survey I am conducting, on the impact on school children aged 5 – 11, of improvisation in music lessons. Your participation will help me to improve and maximise the strengths of skills in teaching approaches in delivering creative lessons as well as reflect your members’ views on the importance of creative education on students.
One of the survey’s goals will be to discover global examples that illuminate success, barriers and identify the best practices in teaching improvisation through creative music activities for children aged 5-11.
I would be grateful if you could kindly participate in this survey as I will greatly value your views and comments.  Completing the survey will take approximately 5 – 8 minutes and by completing and returning this survey you are giving consent for your responses to be included in the study and quoted if needed by the researcher Tetyana Warren.
I realise that this is an extremely busy time of the year but I would kindly appreciate it if you and your colleagues at such a festive time of the year could kindly find 5-8 minutes and can complete and return the survey by 29 January 2015, so the data can be processed by the end of February and you will be informed with the outcome, if you request, March 2015. All personal names and your ages will be treated with the strictest confidence in the results which will be reported in data charts in a summary format.
Please find below to enclosed survey link, and please fill the form in without pressing the button ‘Edit form’.
